- Payments to be made via online transfer/ATM cash deposit to the given bank account. Cash on Delivery (COD) available for locations in MELAKA area only
- FULL PAYMENT required for Ready Stock items, 50% deposit may be considered if you would kindly inquire
- Ready Stock items are available in hand (Malaysia) unless stated otherwise. Please expect 1 week of delivery via standard shipment unless a different shipment method is chosen
- Strictly NO REFUNDS, COLOR CHANGE or CANCELLATIONS of orders after deposit paid unless your item is out of stock
ALERT:
For PRELOVED goods, kindly request for more pictures of the item that you are interested. As they have been used with care, please expect the condition of the item to be less perfect. So not really suitable for the fussy buyers please! ;)
- In the case of Out of Stock or your item did not arrive due to problem during shipment (Tracking number/status shows that it did not reach you), a FULL REFUND will be made
- Please be informed that items sold as it is; non exchangeable and non returnable. Your items will be inspected meticulously before delivery :)
- All prices are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR)
- Items will be sent out via REGISTERED MAIL (no additional shipping charges apply to you & tracking number will be provided) unless you request otherwise
- You may self collect your items, however payment must be made via online banking or cash deposit to bank account before meet up to avoid last minute back-out buyers. Place, Date and Time will be arranged

500g - 750g = RM12
750g - 1.0kg = RM15
1.0kg - 1.25kg = RM17
1.25kg - 1.5kg = RM20
1.5kg - 2kg = RM23
Once the items are posted out, Bag II Beg will hold no responsibilities to any loss or damaged items due to courier service or third party errors
